CAL POLY'S VINES TO WINES
Nestled in the hills of San Luis Obispo between student vineyards and the cow pastures of Cal Poly is the university’s Crops Unit, where dedicated wine aficionados meet every other Tuesday to discuss wine business, enology, and viticulture—as well as partake in a little “Learn By Tasting” philosophy. Last Tuesday I was graciously welcomed to this bi-monthly event to share my love for wine and pearly white teeth!
Two Borracha shirts and two compacts were raffled off to two lucky winners and everyone in attendance received a free sample or two of Wine Wipes! We wish much luck to the student run organization as they strive to make wine education accessible, un-intimidating and most importantly, fun!
