“Broke-ass Wine"
Tempranillo, Luis Cana Crianza, Spain, 2008
def. Low on cash but need a great bottle? Your cheap ass can bring this tasty spanish vino to a party, give as a gift, or bring home for dinner and no one will know you spent more on the cab ride/ flowers/ hair gel than the wine. You’re secret is safe with us;)
If you're in the mood for a taste of heaven.....Ferran Adria’s house wine will do the trick. The carefully selected grapes that make up this Tempranillo are aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months then bottled and aged another 12 months. Its tasting notes of black cherries and black plums are perfectly complimented by hints of wood and herb. If it’s good enough for El Bulli, it’s good enough for us.
